– Location (GPS): used to power the in-game radar and nearby waypoint discovery/looting/interactions. You may revoke or re-authorise location in your browser settings at any time. If declined, radar features are limited.
– Non-collection: in line with Pi Core Team guidance, we do not collect external contact details such as email by default; individual email notices may therefore not be provided.
– Retention period: re-consent may be requested upon account deletion/withdrawal of consent, or after 1 year.

In-game currency policy
– The in-game currency is Pi (π) itself.
– Prices displayed in the store reflect roughly 1/100 of real-world prices to keep in-game value balanced relative to Pi’s value.
– Free Pi provided in the game is non-withdrawable and can be used only in-game.
– Paid-up (top-up) Pi may be withdrawn only if unused; upon withdrawal, any remaining paid Pi balance will be reset to 0.

Compliance with Core Team guidance
– This game follows the Pi Network Core Team’s guidelines.
– In-game purchases are made solely with Pi; no conversion to cash-like assets is provided.
– The game aims to keep value flows strictly within the Pi ecosystem.

Safety rules
– No play whilst driving/walking; do not use the app in hazardous areas (roads, water, heights, etc.).
– No trespassing; always follow posted signs and staff instructions.
– In business or residential areas, do not cause disturbance (noise, congestion).

Violations
– May result in warnings, feature limits, temporary/permanent suspensions, or legal action. Liability for damages may be pursued under applicable laws.
